Lots of fun - TERRIBLE support

UPDATE (to what I previously wrote below):
Support is NON-EXISTANT.
I have contacted them about the problem stated below three times over a number of weeks and have gotten no response whatsoever - not even the automated email indicating that my email has been received and will be followed-up on shortly.
(At least they didnt lie.)

I use this often, but the new version leaves the original head intact so when the animated one moves, you see the stationary one in the background.
